We have ordered a number of bins over the last 2 weeks. The reception staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. The drivers have been friendly and willing to try to accommodate our requests for the positioning of the bins even under difficult circumstances.

Thank you from the get go. The following week, I called to let Speedy Bins to let them know that it could be picked up earlier than the two weeks as we had finished our cleaning. The lovely lady on the phone said that she couldn’t promise that it could be picked up earlier, but she would put it in the system in case it could be. Please tell your drivers NOT to park over people’s driveways, blocking them entirely! Especially when there is plenty of space to park elsewhere!

If you want your pipes broken call Speedy Bins! Some might say that checking where pipes are before you roll up on a nature strip is common sense however, not for these guys, they’re a special kind of stupid. 🤯 Interestingly it was delivered without even having to use the nature strip at all + other bins by more reputable businesses have been delivered and collected without incident however, the revolting male who collected it insisted it “absolutely could not be done” and was rude and aggressive. We’ve alerted our contractor who ordered the skip (and provided video evidence) and we’ll be sending you the bill – cheers!Response 7/3/2022 – Tanya, our contractor is not a builder so you cannot be talking about our property + we confirmed with them that they gave no such instruction to you so you are in fact incorrect. In addition to your ‘equal opportunity’ and ‘derogatory speech’ monologue, best you give your drivers some additional training because they certainly DID NOT adhere to this and there were multiple witnesses to attest to this. If your collection driver had simply accessed some ‘common sense’ like your drop-off driver did we would not be in this position however, as your other reviews state, some of your drivers shouldn’t even be on the road so sadly it’s not surprising. We will continue to remind everyone we can NEVER to use your services and hope everyone reading this has the time to read the other unsavoury reviews as well. Thanks again!
Speedy in name, speedy in nature.I rang up Speedy Bins on Friday to complain about a neighbour’s unused skip bin attracting mosquitoes; the business picked it up the following Monday. Result! Thank you so much for prompt action and saving me from mozzies lol 👍

Used Speedy many times in the past so continue to use them as they are efficient. Have used both calling the company for a booking and online – both easy. Only criticism is they don’t match other bin providers which is a shame. Very happy with their service.

Speedy Bins dropped off a skip bin at our address which was the incorrect address. They did not knock, they just opened our gate, dumped it and then left the gate open.Their customer service was pathetic, unapologetic, untimely and sarcastic. Nice of the truck to leave deep tyre marks across the grass dropping off and finally coming to pick up the next day. Very easy to book and extremely competitive prices. Delivery and pick up of skip was done on time and both drivers where extremely professional and accommodating. The driver went out of their way to place the skip in the exact position that was needed. The driver who picked up the skip went out of his way to assist me with manoeuvring items in the skip and as a woman I appreciated this little bit of extra service. I have no hesitation in recommending this service over others, as I have had to use several skip services and Speedy are a superior service.

The bin was delivered on the day nominated and placed in exactly the position requested. They came to collect on the nominated day, but were unable to do so because of the extreme weather conditions which meant that the bin could not be collected without damage to the verge. Arrangements were made to collect another day and I was kept informed

Been in the building industry for over 30 years used bins all the time. Speedy Bins where cheaper than others, but what really i was amazed me about them was the bin arrived quick and when it needed to be picked up they came on the same day. This to me is NOT the norm usually bin gets left for day b4 picked up i will continue to use Speedy and recommend them to others
Good comunication very easy to deal with. Hats of to the driver, I was running late he waited and was still polite and helpful. couldn’t just drop bin off due to electical wires so he went out of his way to take bin half off on the road then revese into the yard to drop off, all the while having a laugh and a chat. Hired a bin, They picked the bin up after 7 days, with out notice. found that a bit odd. Called the office. They just assumed that everyone new what the policies where. The bin wasnt full or the job had not actually started. They really didnt care. Shame casue i have used these guys alot lately. Called up Kartaway bins got a bin cheaper and can keep it for a month free of charge.Thanks Kartaway

After searching a few green waste bin providers, Speedy bins had a good price for the 3metre bin so decided to book and pay online. Nominated the delivery day and was pleasantly surprised when it turned up at 8:30 am on the morning requested. Driver placed the bin exactly as required and was also pleasant and courteous during the delivery. First time I’ve had a skip delivered and was very happy with the experience so far. It was my first time using a skip bin, I booked everything online/payment. I detailed instructions for the placement of the skip bin. Everything was effortless from start to finish apart from filling the bin. Excellent service drop off was exactly as requested. I filled the bin early and it was removed ASAP as requested. We were considering using Speedy. There is one on the footpath across the road. Two things about lack of care by the drivers. Three branches were broken off a street tree during the delivery and this morning a driver drove onto our footpath in turning around. Given the weight of the truck and the softness of the ground a wheel depression has been left in the grass. No vehicles on the street and no reason to drive onto the footpath. We were going to get Speedy for our renovation but not now and will be telling our builder they are not coming here.
